What size eternity to go with 1.25tcw 5 stone ring?

That my fingers aren't long enough to rock a big 5 stone AND an eternity.

I currently have a 0.75ctw 5 stone that I sometimes wear with a 0.22ctw pave band and I couldn't fit much more on there! I'm a size 3.75 for reference.
