What Setting is This?

I am OBSESSED with this setting and the double spaced out prongs. Finding similar setting styles are extremely difficult and this is the only picture/video I can find of something I like. All other emerald cut settings that I can find have the ball corner prongs. Does anyone have anything similar they can share? I love the way the spaced-out prongs compliments the diamond shape. Are these tab prongs?

is it because the double spaced out prongs are only for an emerald at this size? i imagine it would look too much on a smaller emerald and that's why we dont usually see it around a lot?
