What report to provide to customise a setting?

I had bought a loose diamond from GOG and I decide to get a setting from JamesAllen. so what report should I send to JA for them to manufact the setting that fits my diamond. Should I send them AGS, Helium or Sarin report?

Most of the time you send the stone itself. Is that not possible?
