mm are the smallest marks on the other side of the ruler.

It''s a bit hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like 1.5 - 2.0 mm.

Well, a sixteenth of an inch is 1.58mm, but it''s hard to tell from th picture if the shank is actuall 1/16 or more.
