What makes a good ASET image?

Hi Gypsy,

I believe you meant to say ... "For round an ideal scope is generally better and ASET's are better for *fancies*.

This isn't true though Gypsy. ASET's are more valuable in all shapes including and especially rounds. The only reason why IdealScope is good for rounds is because the IdealScope more easily shows leakage while ASET imagery taken with a black background masks leakage and is easily confused with blue. Stock ASET imagery with a black background is difficult to translate and why I do not use it personally.

In my professional opinion having photographed under these tools for a decade now I would recommend both ASET and IdealScope as a must unless photography is mastered with ASET and white illuminated background. Only then should one be considered for elimination.
