My wife wants this ring for Christmas but all she has is this picture. Is there anyone that can give me any info on the ring so I can search online for it?

Well, just for fun, I tried a Google Images search with your posted image, and this link came up:

Per the description, it is rose-gold-plated sterling silver with an opal - it doesn't say with the little white stones are... It is really a pretty ring, with a lovely design - hope your wife loves it!

Most likely a rose quartz, and the style is called a "bypass" ring.
