what kind of groups should we look for?

A person in late 40-es, victim of racial harassment in the US South shortly after relocating to the US from Asia (9-16). Still suffers from consequences of it. I recommended "bullying support group" and "harassment support group". Does anyone know if there are any other support groups dealing with the situation?
