Depends on its size..... oyster toadfish could work if its larger. If its smaller it could be in the Blenny family.

it''s big - it''s about the size of a forearm - a little bigger maybe but not quite a full arm length. Definitely not little goby sized though it does seem to be in the same family... gonna check that link now!

I seriously doubt this fish is imported so my guess is it''s something that lives in china near rice fields or something?? something the locals would eat. of course they''ll eat just about anything ::shudder::
