These days, mine is something like "Ugh!"
But then I have a little mental pep talk: (1) Everyone in my family and I are okay right now. (2) The end of the pandemic and the end of that other unmentionable USA terror are both now clearly in sight. (3) Just stay calm and hold on a while longer. Then I go start the coffee.
