What is this on my GIA report?

At the bottom it says:

Additional inscription: NWT1-29492 with what looks like a maple leaf in front. Any idea what that means?

That’s a registration number from the Government of the Northwest Territories that’s etched onto the edge of the stone with a laser. It means the stone is from Canada.
