what is the true gia definition of si2 vs. eye clean

So does an eye clean si2 mean its eye clean when looking at the table, or should an eye clean si2 also be free of pavillion inclusions also.
I have seen si2 gia stones that come back as "eyeclean" but you can easily see inclusions from the pavillion view.

Eye clean has nothing to do with the pavilion view, only face up.
