what is the name of this setting?

I found it while searching through Southeastern Findings' catalogue... and I would love to order it but I do not have a retailer's license. Is there anywhere else I could find one similar? I have tried looking and I just don't know what terms to use in order to find one! Any help would be greatly appreciated

many jewelers can order it in for you, however your stone has to be pretty close to the measurements as these are not custom made

Just about any vendor here on PS can order the setting for you upon request...
