What is the name of the tool on the table?

Looks like a camera with a viewing screen. The glass jarr behind it is a mystery unless it is used to protect the camera lense from getting dust as the camera may have huge magnification for the diamonds.

Another possibility is, in addition to the camera, it's a scale to measure very light things, like diamonds.
I've seen some scales for weighing gems that are so sensitive they come with a glass enclosure to prevent a breeze of wind from an AC/heating vent affecting the measurement.

But if that's what this is, it seems surprising they'd put a whole (relatively heavy) ring in it - so I'm not sure.

Thanks for the inputs. Now I believe it is a digital microscope. But I am not sure why they put it inside a glass case. I wonder what the model or the brand the tool is.
