What is the cut of this round?

Hi,

Is this a transitional cut? If so, what is the best way to tell if it's likely to have good light performance, other than requesting ASET? I'm casually looking around for a friend (she has a healthy budget..!! but is leaning towards Tiffany's..) and saw this.
