I have to respectfully disagree. No news is BAD news. The burden is on the lab to convince shoppers that they should be interested in their opinions, not the other way around, and the default answer is NO. Anyone who wants to can call themselves a gem lab, produce a fancy looking document and say whatever they want on it. The key is that consumers don’t have to care. When deciding whether or not to rely on an expert opinion in making an important decision, the very first thing to consider is the credibility of the expert and I consider it a very bad sign if the expert has no history or they make their history difficult to research.Date: 6/11/2008 9:20:10 AM

I suppose one might infer that no news is somewhat good news because if there was a real problem we'd have discussed it on Pricescope.
