What is a fair price for this diamond? (GIA attached)

Hello all,

I've been looking for a diamond for my soon-to-be fiance (hopefully! hehe) and have narrowed it down to a few. This may be the one and I wanted to ask for your feedback as to what you would think a fair price for this stone would be? I was having trouble uploading the GIA image to this thread (tried 8 times!) so please reference the link below where I posted it on one other forum as I am just trying to get feedback. I greatly appreciate your help during this nerve-wracking time! Thanks so much!

Somewhere around $14-18k. I know that's a big range, but if you run the HCA calculator (https://www.pricescope.com/tools/hca) on this diamond, you get a 3.4. Putting F/SI2 with HCA around 3.4 into the pricescope search tool at right around 2 carats yields diamonds ranging from $13,669 to $18,000ish.
