What does this mean in a GIA report?

I''m looking at diamonds on bluenile.com. The GIA report lists the following:

Clarity Characteristics: Cloud, Feather finish

What does this mean?

Cloud and feather probably refer to two types of inclusions within the diamond. Can you post the link so we can get more info please?
 

The GIA reports additional characterists on 3 things: Clarity, Finish, and Fluorescence.


Below is an example: The Clarity Characteristic is a Cloud.
The Finish shows Very Good polish and Very Good symmetry.
The Fluorescent is None.

In your case, the clarity characteristics are a cloud and a feather; those just describe what the inclusions are in the stone you''re considering.
