The diamond is eye clean from all aspects. I was barely able to see some clouding and a feather using a loupe. It is very brilliant even though the certificate makes it look dirty with inclusions. What are you guys'' thoughts on the stone?

Can you give the AGS report number?

The report number is:

0009259906

are you able to view the actual certificate online?

It has definite potential and is geared more towards brilliance than fire due to the proportion configuration, I would ask for an Idealscope image as the next step if online, if you have seen it in person compare it with as many other diamonds as you can to make sure it is the one.

Ditto.

I have seen it in person and have compared it to 4 or 5 other diamonds of similar quality as well as better quality. I feel that it is a great looking diamond. It was viewed mostly in natural light, so I was able to view the true day to day look of the diamond.

Price wise, does this seem to be in line with what I should expect to pay for this type of diamond?

The price of that james allen diamond is actually cheaper with the discount compared to the diamond you are viewing. Its showing $6270 on the site. AND i believe James Allen also offers other discounts for pricescope members and using wire transfer.. i could be wrong though. I have yet to do business with them, but they are an extremely reputable vendor here.
