So I found it it was super corroded and stones real what kind an then the Stones don't look the same either so corroded I havent found a makers mark

Impossible to tell from photos, but looks like costume jewelry.

Yes, costume jewelry.
Previous metal like gold and silver does not corrode and turn greenish like this.
So the stones are probably glass.
