The information on this website is amazing. Thank you so much. I've read a lot and have made a decision on what I think is a stellar diamond, but I do have some questions which I value your opinions on.
I'll be setting it in a yellow gold band (white setting). Because of that, I'm less concerned than I would be with the I color than if it was going on a white band. Is there a "comparison" color grade for setting in yellow gold vs. white gold? Meaning, if you were comfortable with a G in a white band, would you be comfortable with an I in a yellow gold band?
The pavilion angle of 41.0 is 0.1 outside the "perfect" range. While I don't know the variance of angles, assuming it was tight to a 41.0, how much does this turn you off compared to the 40.6 - 40.9 pavilion angle range? Also, the crown angle is 34.5, so I'm hoping that offsets this minor variance.
Also I was wondering if there is a thing as too much contrast... there is a little more blue on the AGSL image than usual.
