I think that means that the back is covered. In the original pendant, you can see your skin behind the pendant in the space between the stone and the melee diamonds, but not in this design.

I think you would be best speaking to WF, all we can do is speculate, they are the best ones to discuss this with and show you exactly what they mean, you might find the design is actually to your liking!
