It's in the Y-Z range, so not technically Fancy Light, but a yellow gold setting would really make it pop. I think that it would look great in an 18k YG "gypsy" setting with a tapering band.

People get sneakier and sneakier with color-improving treatments and GIA is the top lab for spotting the latest.
A treated diamond is worth a small fraction of one that has both material and color of natural origin.
A recent GIA report is your best assurance of what you are buying.
Nothing wrong with lab-created or mined but color-treated diamonds but since the price is VERY different you want a GIA report to be sure a colored diamond is fully natural before you pay fully-natural prices.
I've bought 20 FCDs from Lebish www.fancydiamonds.net and cannot recommend this vendor strongly enough.
They have a huge inventory, accurate photography, and great customer service.
