Platinum Jaffe. Not the exact setting. Prongs are straight and don''t go down into the band.
Diamond is about .9 carat.

Platinum, too. 1 CTW. Color VS1-VS2. Clarity G-H. (Would love to know how you would price this ring??)

Would it be okay to mix the euro shank with this?

I'm very inexperienced with jewelry Do you think these would look good together?

my only concern is that the two looks like it will compete with each other. One row of diamonds on a wedding band, I personally think will complement your ering very well. The band in the picture i would wear separately... but thats just my personal preference... have you tried on two diamond row band at a B&M with a solitaire, that will give you a better idea, you may or may not like the look

I totally agree with D & T, this ring is better suited on its own.

I would think something in a similar style to the ering (euro shank etc) perhaps with a channel setting would be a better option but as always, everyone''s taste is different.

I like the E-ring setting !! Have you got more picture from the side view ?

Wedding band is beautiful.... but I personally prefer slightly simplier one, so it doesn''t over shine the E-ring.

Thank you everyone!

I was married for a long time the first time around and I had a very simple Tiffany setting in gold with a thin gold wedding band. I really loved the classic and simple look and it showcased the diamond well.

This Jaffe ering is still pretty classic and simple, I think, but with a subtle modern and quirky twist. (By the way, I don''t have the ring yet...I''m still deliberating getting it even though I love it because I''m worried about finding a wedding band with the euro shank...suggestions on that?)

Anyway, thanks again for the input. I will try to look for a wedding band with a single row of diamonds and an e-shank.

We''re very similar i guess. I love simple and classic look ! Nothing too fancy..!
Mine new upgrade ( u can dig out the post by clicking on my name, and check topic ) is very similar to yours, except that the V is very deep, goes down to the bottom ( nearlly ) of the band.

But the problem is .. it doesn''t flush exactly with the wedding band, and i don''t want to alter either of two.. still looking for solution on this !
hope you''re luckier than me on this !

if you could share the link for the setting on it''s vendor''s site would be great :)

I wish I had a vendor photo.

I don''t know the actual model of he e-ring I''m considering. I would be buying it previously owned. I''d be having my own diamond monted. I do have TERRIBLE quality photos that the seller took, and I''ll reply with them.

I found this wedding band, but it is in white gold, not platinum.

That blingy band might overshadow your e-ring center imho. I like the milgrained half eternity better.

Btw, a little sidetrack... is there any advantage in having a flat bottom on a ring?

I''m pretty sure you can get a wedding diamond made with euro shank, if you are interested in doing one with one of the pricescope vendor... I''ve asked a few and they were able to,

If you''re wanting a euroshank, I think it would look better to have the wedding band with the same style.
