What do you think of this diamond?

I've done a bit of research but I'm no expert. What do you think of my expectations and my goal here.

I am looking for a
Round
.9 Carat
SI1+ Clarity
H+ Color
Ideal cut
For under $4500

With my search perimeters I find tons on Pricescope, Lumera, Jamesallen, and blueniles however I cannot purchase outright and need to buy one locally financed in Ontario Canada. Are my expectations realistic in Canada and do the specs I am choosing sound good? Anything you would change?

Try USA Certed Diamonds, they are in Toronto. I'm not sure if they finance. You probably should drop your restrictions a little for your budget.

Ok. Do jewlery stores mark up diamonds? Places like Peoples or Michael Hill. If I showed them these prices will try haggle with me or price match? Lastly, are diamonds more expensive in Canada than the USA like most things?
