i found a .5 carat diamond. It is an F color and VS2. But it has 2 inclusions almost on the center of it that kind of bothering me. here is the link >>> http://www.whiteflash.com/hearts_arrows/Whiteflash-ACA-cut-diamond-2119069.htm# Should i purchase this diamond?

here is the locations of the inclusions and what kind they are.

It looks good, the only way to know if the inclusions are eye visible or not is to ask the vendor, the seller will be honest with you. Let them know your expectations, for example if you don't want to see any inclusions from any angle or distance, make sure they know that. Also check that the cloud is not impacting brilliance, if not then you should be good to go.

I won't speculate as to what the inclusions are in the photo as that would be highly irresponsible of me, check with WF as above.

VS2 should be eye-clean. Just give WF a call and ask if that is so.

Remember, this image is magnified. The actual stone is only about 5.2mm across, shrink the image down to that size and see if you can see it.

ok, thank you so much for your replies... and i will ask them about it next week. thanks again

If you are seriously interested in these stones, you may want to consider expressing your interest to the company
before you post about them.
Often "lurkers" will snatch a stone out from under who is posting about it - just a friendly warning

I ditto the above, technically VS2 will be eyeclean, and if GIA or AGS I doubt most untrained eye could find the inclusions with a loupe too..but the only way to know about the actual inclusion types of each stone is to ask someone to eyeball it in person. Like Lozza mentioned, WF will be honest with you - just make sure you are clear on your definition of eye clean.

hi... another question... my gf''s ring size is 7... do you think the legato sleek line width (2.5mm) is too small for her finger?

Not at all! 2.5mm is close to what I have on my 6.75 finger. It''s very nicely proportioned. Beautiful setting - one of my favorites!

cool... thank you ... so do you have a legato?? i just ordered it from wf and wanting to know if its looked thin enough that it could not last long... but it would be great to see if you have the 2.5mm on your finger.

hey again Mr,

personally I think 2.5mm is a "just right" width for an elegant e-ring.
I also have a ring with a shank under 2mm (~1.8), and it is still strong and "long-lasting" feeling, because
it is very well made.

It''s not so much just about the width, but about the production quality.
You could have a 4mm ring that is not well made, and which will not last as long as a 2mm well made ring, kwim?

My finger is just under a 5, and I think you''ve seen my photos.
But there are a number of other mbrs here with Legato''s - just do a search in the top right corner and you''ll find them on different sized fingers.
