To me it is. I have a stone cut almost identical to this, and I love it. So for me, it''s a go!

should i be turned off by the imperfect arrow at the 12 o'clock position?? does that greatly affect the beauty of the stone?

No. You won''t even see that in real life, and it will have no affect on the stone.
