both diamonds are around the same price $4600, what do you think?

Anyway both stones are good on HCA. Just from numbers alone I like the 1st stone better. It scores EX EX EX VG while the 2nd stone is EX VG VG VG...I would take 3 EX's over 3 VG's.

But not just that. The pav angle is under 41 which is more desirable and the stone is slightly less deep. Both would probably be great looking in person, but since they are the same size & price and other specs are same, in my opinion the winner would be the one with the better #'s and HCA score, #1.

which online vendors have better price? for example, whiteflash, dirtcheap, diamondideal or....I found that GOG seems a little bit expensive than the others

That depends......some of the vendors discount for PS members. You can find out by asking the vendor at the same time you inquire on the stone.
