What do you think of the quality of this diamond?

Is $5200 CAD a fair price? I thought it seemed a bit low. Would appreciate your input!

edit: I should have mentioned that my focus is cut. Looking for something super sparkly.
Can anyone show me pictures of 1ct (~6.5 mm) on size 5.75 finger?

If your focus is cut, this isn't going to make it.

Stay away from EGL International.

Would you mind explaining why this particular diamond would be bad if I am focused on cut?
I thought hearts and arrows would have the most sparkle and this stone has excellent cut, polish and symmetry.
Is EGL international not on par with GIA? I am new to this so anything helps

If you look at the blue arrows picture, you can see the table is large and it looks like the pavilion angle is deep.

EGL International reports are not comparable to GIA at all.
