In the professional diamond cutting world, a bow-tie is a facet(s) that remains dark through the center for an extended period. In the consumer world, many people consider any bow-tie-shaped area through the center (regardless of how it lights up) a bow-tie. So technically, is that a bow-tie? Probably not. Hard to tell from a few pics. Will some people consider it a bow-tie? Probably yes. Edit...on second view of the photos, I would say that is not technically a bow-tie.
