sorry queen mum that was the wrong link, i guess you can tell me which one is better since they are very close in price range, THANKS

I''d go for the larger H, personally! And actually, if you can swing it, WF has a .7 J/VS2 ACA princess for $1855. Keep in mind that you get I believe 5% off for paying by wire transfer and being a Pricescope member. Just a thought since you wanted a 1 carat originally!

Ill see how it adds up, I need to have enough money for the setting, 3rd party appraisal and marlins game proposal.

I double checked the links, they are all correct.

I''ll give the same good advice others gave me -- talk to the people at Whiteflash and have them give you their opinion on the stones. I did that, and as a result I almost bought the .603 last week, so personally I''d recommend that one.

Just a few thoughts - with an ACA Princess from Whiteflash (has AGS certification) you really don''t need a 3rd party appraisal IMHO. And as for the marlins game proposal, I know for sure that I would want the best ring possible for our budget, it doesn''t really matter where you ask her, as long as it''s from the heart, so if you are really stretched for the ring budget, maybe diverting the marlins game funds into the ring budget might help? It''s up to you, you know your GF best, but just another woman''s point of view.

I love baseball too, but personally I''d rather have a larger diamond. Baseball tickets can get quite expensive along with the hot dogs, nachos, Lemon Chills, parking, etc.! Also, it looks like you are picking diamonds that are high in clarity and that costs big bucks for something you can''t even see. If you''d be willing to go down to an SI1 clarity for example, you could get a bigger stone. Ditto with F color. The price breaks a lot at H color but a well cut H performs beautifully. Does your girlfriend specifically want a princess cut? Princess cut diamonds are cut deeper so they face up a lot smaller than rounds, for example. Just a thought, if size is an issue.

Here''s a link to that .70 ct. J/VS2 that Thing2of2 suggested. It looks nice. Otherwise, I would probably pick the .603 H/VVS1 too. And I agree with honey22, the 3rd party appraisal is probably unneccessary.

That''s my 2 cents worth. Go Marlins!

Another vote to ditch the appraisal, and think about the WF 6 prong white gold setting. I think it runs about $250. They set my pear in that setting and shaved the prongs tips to very delicate claw "leon" types. I was super happy.
