I had a lox bagel from my favorite coffee shop with a coffee. What about you?

Thawed blueberries, blackberries and raspberries
Granola
Non-fat milk

One hard-boiled egg with most of the yolk discarded.

digestive biscuits and strawberries

HI:

One strip of bacon, scrambled eggs and raisin toast. Coffee and freshly squeezed OJ. And a cookie of some sort.

cheers--Sharon

I made corned beef hash for Father's Day. Served with espresso.

Honey wheat toast and OJ

Coffee and Cream of wheat, topped with a little butter, sugar, cinnamon and half n' half

Toasted brie and bacon sandwich. :))

DK :))

Protien Shake with Almond Milk and a Banana. :lickout:

Bagel sliced in two, one half with cream cheese topped with a little pepper and olive oil, other half with butter. Green tea. Water.

A spinach and feta savory scone - just enough to hold me over till brunch!

scrambled eggs with cheese and a english muffin

five egg whites, same as every morning.

A bowl of fiber one and a glass of OJ.

Ugh I can't keep anything down for breakfast lately.

I had rice krispies and a Vernor's for my tummy.

Coffee. I was bad this morning but had lots to do!

I usually have an oatmeal bar and cup of non-fat milk.

Pancakes with chocolate chips. They had a lot of ground flax and caused some unfortunate tummy upset. Less flax next time, lol.

Nothing. I wasn't hungry at all.

I rarely eat breakfast. This morning I did have 1.5 strips of soy bacon and a handful of raspberries.

Leftovers from my kid's broccoli omelet with cup of black coffee.

DH made us scrambled eggs and friend red potatoes with cheese this morning. I also had toast. It was delicious. :D

Blueberry pancakes with glazed banana topping, homemade organic muesli with yogurt and a fried egg.

Fatttttty.

Apple sauce and rice crackers...stomach flu :knockout:

I don't usually eat breakfast, between just not being hungry and not liking getting my butt out of bed. 15 extra minutes of sleep is so worth it! Today, since it's a weekend, I had a (late) breakfast sandwich with a scrambled egg and bacon on a croissant.

Aw, feel better soon.

I had blueberry chocolate chip pancakes. :lickout:

Breakfast tacos with chorizo and eggs, using soft corn tortillas. My hubby 's favorite is Mexican food for breakfast, so that is what I made for Father's Day.

Timely question for me because I just bought a Vitamix and am now having green smoothies for breakfast. And they are delicious. Really yummy and nutritious. Only second day so I am still in the beginning of experimenting but today I made a smoothie consisting of 1/2 power greens (kale, baby spinach, etc.) a banana and blueberries. Delicious.

Even my dh is loving these and I am making smoothies for both of us now for breakfast and he is not a greens lover. Yesterday as an afternoon drink I made a smoothie with pineapple, strawberries, bananas and baby spinach and that was delicious too even though it was brown in color lol. Without the strawberries it would have been a more palatable green but it still tasted yummy.

I am loving the Vitamix (model 6300) and am considering getting one for our NY home as well as I am keeping the Vitamix at our beach house. I also bought a NutriBullet to try out to see if it would be good enough for NY instead of getting another Vitamix but my dh wants me just to get another Vitamix because he said I won't be happy with less than the best but I haven't even opened the NutriBullet yet so I will try it before deciding. I mean 2 Vitamixes seem excessive.

Anyone else have the Vitamix or Nutribullet and making yummy drinks with them?

Feel better Begonia and Niel!

I had a bagel with hoummous and a cup of tea.

Smoothie here too, my usual - half a banana, a handful of berries, almond milk and non-fat greek yoghurt.

Preceeded by a glass of hot water with lemon and followed by a cup of green tea.

I have a Kitchenaid blender, it smoothies well.

I had a cup of black coffee and a cheese omelet.
