I was told this is a trannie. Sometimes I see them described as having flower, checkerboard, blocky or pinweel patterns. Does this diamond have any type of pattern? Is there anything else you can tell me about the cut?
I'm asking because this was a gift and I love it. I have some modern cut diamonds that are more "sparkly", but I love the colors and chunks of flash this one gives. Sometimes I think about an upgrade and if I do I think I would like a larger diamond with a similar cut as this, but I don't know what descriptors to look for. Thanks for your help.
