Rare trip out to the hardware store today for supplies.
Had to wear this because I haven't seen it in so long.

I haven't worn any jewelry for over almost 2 months...seeing all your beauties is inspiring!
I typically don't wear jewelry at home...in fact, take my rings off as soon as I come in the house. Like me, sitting at home
But this thread reminds me how our sparklies can bring joy and happiness.....so maybe I should change this as part of our "new" normal. Another reminder of how fortunate I am compared to so many others trying to get through this time.
I put my natural red spinel from Litnon into a wild inexpensive setting with a CZs and synthetics halo so I could look at it more. It looks best on a cloudy, pre-storm day.
Please delete my post if synthetics aren't allowed, I don't know if the forums are as strict as they used to be.
This Russian demantoid garnet shifts in color and to my eyes has more yellow, but boy does it sparkle!
It's impossible for me to capture the color of this chrysoprase because it goes too saturated and blue on camera. Wearing this and my pink spinel ring.
Today I wore my Cassiar nephrite earrings. I love jadeite, but nephrite with a good polish is really hard to beat.
