What are the questions people should ask about inclusions before buying the stone?

Hi everyone,
It''s me again.I have just thought of another topic which should be useful to most people who are going to purchase the stone online. And that is also a question of mine.

What are the questions people should ask about inclusions before buying the stone they are interested in?

One of the shortfalls about buying a diamond online is that you cannot see it until you buy it.
So I think a good vendor should have the responsibility to describe the stones for the customers thru their eyes, especially when everybody is saying a stone should better be "eye-clean".
I think whether a stone is "eye-clean" or not is decided by its "inclusions". So how to ask questions about inclusions should be very important.
I just learned one question to be asked is " Are inclusions visible from the side or at an angle". I think it is a good question but I don''t know what kind of answer should I consider as saying the stone is "eye-clean".

It will be great if someone can tell me what questions to ask and what answers tell me the stone is "eye-clean."
