What are your top priorities???? Any particular size, color, etc???

My main concern is cut, I want and ideal, H&A, AGS0, etc., I want my stone to sizzle!!! Next comes color, I had a G, but have read here on Pricescope that with the best cut one could go down to I and maybe even J and it would still face up white; next is clarity-willing to go to SI1 or SI2. I would like to have a 1.8+ ctw, but if I can''t afford, then I want 1.5+ctw. My budget is around 18k with the setting. Thanks for any help!
