I loved this ...
If you don't understand French turn on the subtitles.

I don't eat sugar, but what a beautiful thing it is to watch being made.

I had no idea the candy was going to look the way it did once it was done. Really interesting. I love Quebec City but have not been there in decades. The hotel is beautiful.

Amazing!

Cool. Mais j'ai étient les sous-titres.

Probably just a typo: the i and e were reversed.

J’ai éteint les sous-titres = I turned off the subtitles

What an interesting video. Really sweet ! :D
There is so much physical labour involved in handmade candy - I never realized.
Their shop is in my old hometown of Montreal. I plan on checking them out next time I visit.

spoiler alert!

I loved how they turned that huge log into little bitty candies!

I suspect it would take a lot of time and experience to acquire that level of skill.

It reminded me of kneading bread dough, but much more sensuous.

Those are incorrect translations. I am the subtitles would be je suis les sous-titres. But I did misspell the conjugation of éteindre which means to turn off. The autocorrect kept changing it to some very funny things.

@doberman. I said pretty much the same thing - please see my previous post, #8. Autocorrect often makes matters worse, and google translate - can’t trust it.o_O

Anyway, I knew what you meant.
