What’s blooming in your garden?

Beside looking at blings, I love to garden. I especially like flowering plants. DH is only interested in fruit trees. We have strange weather in Southern California this year so my flowers are blooming off season.

Here is my Camelia Kramer Supreme variety blooming in off season. And a cactus plant also making itself known. :D

What’s blooming in yours? Do you like gardening yourself?

Hi,

I love your garden. I used to have indoor plants that bloom, but it became too much work for me. I got a plant as a gift last March and parts of it bloom every now and then. I am so happy when I see a bloom. I am surprised I haven't killed it yet, as it has no holes for drainage. I water once a week, and it just keeps growing.
Your flowers are beautiful!

Hi Annette. I love indoor plant too! They’re great room accent and low need for watering. Don’t worry, when I was starting out, I killed an indoor cactus! It’s a cactus which is nearly impossible to kill but I did it anyway lol

Seriously jealous of your garden @Buttercookies !

Here’s mine today

I’m jealous of the colder state. You guys have 4 seasons and they are very distinct. It’s beautiful. I used to live in Nebraska and I remember those winters! But the first day of spring and the melting of the snow, it’s magical.

So pretty, Buttercookies! I am an avid gardener but right now in SE PA, I got nothing. . I have potted amaryllis blooming and 1 Clivia but that’s it.

Here in Sydney Australia it’s summer.
i love my garden too. I like it packed to the brim, no chance of weeds growing ha ha.
DH loves pruning, it’s all we “fight over”.
im also a fan of “street bounty”. Here it’s not uncommon to put a dying plant out on the kerb side for rehoming and people when they move will do likewise with what they aren’t able to take with them. so I’ve saved quite a few plants.
here are some older photos, I’ll take some fresh tomorrow.

Our garden is also our of whack. It was 11 degrees C today - this time of year should be closer to 1 degree. I have annual/summer flowering calendula that are still in bloom and perennials with buds that are 2-3 months early. No photos though - everything still looks dreary!

Your gardens are BEAUTIFUL @Buttercookies and @Bron357. Thank you positing pictures. It’s going to be months before some of us look outside and see flowers. @Garnetgirl and I have a very similar view.

Here's what is blooming in our garden at the moment. :)
