WF Settings

i know there are lots and lots of threads that talk about the settings WF carries, but i still need some help!!

okay, my gf likes the simple, solitaire look. Out of all the rings on WF, she actually liked the 4-prong tiffany the best (maybe that had something to do with her getting a nicer diamond if we go with the basic setting haha). Thing is, she doesn''t want anything too high off her finger. it is really difficult to tell how raised the diamond is on the site. I asked WF for some more pics, and james sent me some of a 1.2 ct diamond and it looked like it was raised a lot!!!

i''m still waiting on his response, and am wondering if anyone can give me some input on the setting. also, would it be difficult for them to alter the setting so that the diamond sits lower?

i also like the knife edge, but that means i skimp on the diamond and it has 6 prongs which we don''t want. and i thought the diamond shopping was the hard part... lol

I''m pretty sure they can lower the diamond so it sits as low as possible. Other people here have had minor adjustments made to stock settings. I would give Whiteflash a call and ask them

i talked to james at WF and said he can send a request to have the diamond sit lower

this sounds like my best option right now, and this way i can get the best of the diamonds i was considering

just want to say that WF has been more the helpful throughout this whole process (and of course pricescope as well)
