WF ring sent in for repair, WF moved?!

I sent in my Whiteflash e-ring for them to look at the wear on the prongs/basket of my ring from my wedding band. I want to get it repaired (I assume there may be cost to me). I sent via registered, insured mail to the address I was provided by WF by email, within 24 hours of being given directions for sending it in. I paid $30 for shipping and insurance. I gave the person at WF the tracking information for the package. Apparently, WF moved its offices effective Monday. USPS shows that my package could not be delivered as addressed, and is returning it to me "if possible."

So, obviously, I'm kind of freaked out about this. The last update on shipping is as of yesterday, so I certainly hope my ring will make its way back to me and not be lost.

Secondly, how do you think WF should handle this? They gave me return authorization and told me the address to use the afternoon of one day last week, I mailed it within 24 hours of that. They then moved their address (without forwarding?) and that had the effect of making my package undeliverable. If I get the ring back, it still needs to be repaired. Should they comp me for shipping it again? I emailed the person I was dealing with, but have not gotten a response, and I presume they saw the same USPS notice about it being non-deliverable, since they said they'd be monitoring the tracking number. What probably would have been a 10-14 day process is now going to be at least twice as long, assuming I get my ring back.

Honestly, my opinion is that you should have called WhiteFlash to see what they would say before posting it here. And I think you should call them immediately. I feel sure since the address issue was apparently the mistake of one of their employees, they will take care of it.

Ditto what DS2006 said. If my ring were in limbo like this I would be calling WF until I spoke to someone. I would not wait for an email response.

Oh, and if you sent it registered, I think it is extremely unlikely that it would be lost. I wouldn't worry about that part.
