wf ES Ready set to GO studs

I''m planning on getting a pair of ES Ready set to GO studs from WF.
They are: 0.80ctTW (4.70mm) ideal cut diamonds I SI set in 18K white gold, $1,475.00

Has anyone here bought them before? any comments?

What is the diff. between Hand Made and Heavy Martini basket? they are $50 diff. in prcie

What kind of backing are they? ''n is the length of the back ok? won''t hurt neck?

the hand made vs heavy means custom made or stock setting...i think the hand made are slightly more delicate. i''m not too sure re visual differences in the two.

having seen the ES studs in person, they are an exceptional quality and value, but keep in mind you can''t use the upgrade/trade-in policy, so if you ever want larger studs, you shouldn''t go with the RSG studs. i''d piecemeal from their in-house selection of stones, if they have anything that fits what you want.

if you don''t want to upgrade in the future, then the RSG would probably be fine. as for backings and all that, i''d ask WF directly since they would know best. i have a stock martini set of studs though and they are not too long and they don''t even come near to my neck, BUT if i lay down in them, they definitely poke me. i don''t sleep with any jewelry though so that doesn''t matter to me.

Many have people have bought the ready to go studs from WF. Do a search on here and you can find many threads about them. I went with the hand made setting myself per advice from other PS''ers. I haven''t recieved them yet. I think either are great. As far as the backings are concerned I believe there are choices there, but best to ask WF. Call them on Monday, good luck!!!
