WF and SP eternity ring-- appraiser?

i am going to buy a channel set eternity ring. after browsing the threads here and reading through the knowledge session i feel well armed.

i would like to buy two rings-- one from WF and one from SP and have an independant appraiser look at them both.

it seems the price difference between these two:

is due to the quality of the cut? WF uses ACA diamonds in the jewelry and SP uses ideal/premium. I''ve seen quite a few threads on the ACA diamonds...

How do I find a reputable appraiser?
