I know during the lifetime upgrade period that the customer has to pay for the original diamond''s shipping (to the customer) plus the shipping back to WF.
What about if a return/exchange is made during the 10 day inspection period - is it the same? just curious
I would assume that if you change your mind it''s on you. If it is a mistake in the manufacturing of a ring or something, I would expect WF to pay. But it''s always best to go directly to the source and ask.
