WF 10 day inspection period - who pays shipping charge?

I know during the lifetime upgrade period that the customer has to pay for the original diamond''s shipping (to the customer) plus the shipping back to WF.

What about if a return/exchange is made during the 10 day inspection period - is it the same? just curious

I would assume that if you change your mind it''s on you. If it is a mistake in the manufacturing of a ring or something, I would expect WF to pay. But it''s always best to go directly to the source and ask.

If you send it back before the inspection period ends, you pay the $50 shipping fee.

Edit: If there's a defect in material or workmanship there's no charge to ship it back.

If there's a problem with craftsmanship, we correct it (whether it's repair or replace with same).

If it's a return or exchange, it's 100% of purchase price less original shipping as per here:
