Wedding We''re Moving In!!!!

I know this is probably better suited in the Family & Home thread but I''m over here in BWW more so I just wanted to share with ya''all . . .

We closed on and started moving in to our house today!

I started this thread back when we bought the house, which was way back in March, so we''ve been waiting for what feels like an eternity to move in.

I''m so excited! I love the house so much, it is so bright and sunny, I just adore it.

I will certainly need some decorating tips, so I''m sure I''ll be back with questions soon enough. We got the awesome Crate & Barrel dining room table in the deal, and I lurve it. Other than that, we are furniture shopping!

Here''s a picture of me happily holding the packet of documents that states I now owe a bank hundreds of thousands of dollars . . . yet I''m STILL happy!

yaaaay! that''ll be so much fun--home decorating is a blast! do you have an ikea anywhere near you? i''m a junkie for that store!!!!! my FI and i spent something like $6000 in there when we moved in together, but our entire apt. is furnished now...much to the detriment of those in our families who insist on buying housewares as wedding gifts, haha! congratulations to the both of you, and have fun with playing martha stewart--that really is the best part!

After two exhausting days all of our stuff is here, including the animals, and we''re slooooowly getting things unpacked.

RLG--I''m not sure where we''re going to put the ketubah yet. I think we''re going to frame it with a really large matte (mat?) around it so we can hang it on a large wall because I want to showcase that beauty. Thanks for asking!
