Welo opal ring

I found this at a local gem and mineral show. The seller went to the mines and hand picked the rough and cut it. I was not crazy about the setting but am crazy about all the colours. It has such vibrant glowing purples and blues! All the colours are there and all are vibrant. I can see a honeycomb pattern in it. It was a steal at $130 Cdn!

It is sooooo vibrant! Congrats! Those purples and aquas get me every time. And at that price you won’t feel bad about resetting it if you like. Congrats!

Such a pretty Welo opal, I love it! I would have paid $130 Cdn just for the stone
