I read your post in the Wedding Shoes thread and I had so many ideas for you. So instead of taking over the other thread...here we are:

What''s your budget? These are neither orange, gold, or lace. But they are cute and satin and taupe...maybe you like?

and the ones I found from the other thread (silver, BCGBgirls at Nordstrom):

Oops. Those came out in the wrong order. Here''s one that kinda gold. Kinda $400.

Hey Musey ...

A girl from THE OFFICE has a blog called like "Things I Bought I Loved" or something like that ... she wrote up a flats company called London Sole that''s in LA. She says they are the most comfie flats ever. I have no idea but I looked at their site & they''re pretty cute I guess.

wow freke...you rock. The second pair you posted is gold and lace AND flat! The wrap up part in the back is a little odd for such a nice shoe...but I''m sure it can be covered up somehow. Great find! I can go to sleep now. :)

Lol Crown Jewel! I think I just got lucky finding those. I''ve searched for too many shoes lately...

brazen, I''m on the Nina website. I like how there''s a "heel height" selection. Of course I immediately went for the 5", but there were none!! A total tease, huh?!

I found the style "strapy"...which is too strappy for my taste (opportunity for killer blisters). But that shoe doesn''t come in my size anyway (women''s 4.5)... I would probably try them on just to see how they feel if they made them in my size.

Oh well...maybe some of the other ones come in my size. Will keep looking! Thanks for the tip!

I have some, they are not bad. Sizing can be a bit wonky though.

Oh my goodness!! My very own shoe thread, not even started by ME! Thank you so much for the suggestions crown, I haven''t read through yet but I wanted to post a thank you before I do

Size 9.5? On saaaaaaaaaale...
Cute cuuuuuute!! I'm a size 8, though.

For the record, I like round- and peep-toes. I love pointy toes, but only in high-heeled pumps. Budget probably $150 or under, price negotiable for the PERFECT shoe

not over $300 for SURE.

Thank you all so much for helping me!! I have so many more options now. Might have to buy them all to test out

I''ve been looking through their site, these are my faves of what they have--a little too casual though, maybe? (I want them for everyday, though!)

Gold lacy peep toe flats
LOVE IT! Ditto on the weird wrap-up sole... how could I cover that?
Well this is coming from someone who is like a mad scientist with her needle and thread. If you know someone who can sew well, find an opaque applique...could have a lace overlay, could be something cute or mr.andmrs.musey related, could be orange, could be jeweled (but must be lightweight!). It should be big enough to cover the wrap up sole but not too big that it will hang to the floor. Stitch along the three sides of the sole thing, looping through the lace fabric.

Anyway...I keep getting sidetracked. I'm seeing very expensive shoes that I want (for myself).

Ooh these copper-colored Rafe flats are very cute. I wish they weren''t quite SO copper, though

ETA: hmm I don''t know if these are just a different color? I hate color issues with online purchasing

Other picture of Rafe flats
And I can''t find ''em anywhere else, so it looks like size nine or size NUTTIN''!

So cute though...

I saw the rafe ones and loved them for you. But yeah. The size was the reason I didn''t post them.
You must know me so well, Gypsy!
