Hey all,
I am purchasing a solitaire e-ring for my girlfriend, and have questions about the wedding band. Do most people go with a plain wedding band and then upgrade to something like an anniversary band after being married for a while?
I am asking for several reasons:
1) I am Jewish, and we have to be married in a plain band. That would either mean borrowing one for the ceremony and then having the other one for after, or just getting a plain band that matches the e-ring and upgrade years or so down the line.
2) I am spending a little more than planned on the e-ring. I would like to get a matching wedding band before we get married, but don''t know if I will be able to afford more diamonds yet...
3) If I get a Tiffany style solitaire e-ring from WF, is it possible to find a matching (plain) platinum wedding band? I don''t see any on the WF website, but I would like to know, before I buy the e-ring, if I can find something that looks like it goes well with the e-ring.
Your thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
David
