Hello! I’m trying to pick an eternity (or 1/2-3/4) to go with my new setting. Center stone is mine. 1.29 emerald cut and the trapezoids will be added (1.3 tcw) and then I have 2 baguettes that will be added from my original e-ring so try to picture those in the wax setting! The band that is shown has (12) .42 ct emerald cuts set east west. It is too big in this picture so once it’s the proper size will be more conforming to finger. For budget I definitely need to bring those down to at least 3/4 eternity. How do you feel about this combo? Eternity band stones too large? Just right? Overpowering? Overpowering IMO. I would go with something thinner with less presence.

I think it overpowers your ering, both from the top view and the side view. Once you find the right one though it's going to be a killer set!

Thank you both! I think I’m secretly wanting to wear it on my right hand

If I went smaller do you think maybe .20 stones? For an eternity style what size/stone would you suggest? I love the east west emeralds but just don’t know if I would love it as much as a smaller size. The asscher looks great as well I think. I’m attaching a pic of .30 asscher. Should I still go smaller than this? Now that I’m looking again… I think it’s probably similar mm wise E60FB807-800E-4A0E-A828-65CD32AF895A.jpeg

I would go smaller to avoid overpowering the awesome e-ring. But also I would never discourage a big RHR eternity :)

Ah yes! I was going to say that would rock as a standalone ring! Dooooo iiiitttt! :D

I am not great at predicting pairings.... I need to 'see it to believe it' which is challenging when the stores near one don't carry anything particularly enticing.

Another vote for overpowering. I’d definitely go for a much thinner wedding band. Perhaps a pave one. That stunning ring deserves the spotlight IMHO.
