We chose MAY 15th!!!

Thanks to everyone who voted and posted in my other thread. It was extremely helpful to read everyone's thoughts.

The reasons we chose the May date are - Being off season, the lodging is much cheaper and we won’t have to deal with crowds or traffic. We’ll have that relaxed beach town feel, which is more fitting for how I picture my wedding day. The weather is usually beautiful in May and if it’s a little chilly, people will just dress accordingly. Plus with the sunset so late in June, the timing would be more tricky to figure out since we want the ceremony to take place just a couple hours before sunset.
