i got jewelry wax and the piece looks fine except there is some marks on the wax and the corners are dinged, is this normal and can this be fixed? I need to know whether this is normal or if I need to inquire to my jeweler about an error that the wax maker made, also can this dinged tips be corrected during the casting?

let me know, ill post pics if needed to illustrate what i mean

Yes, it can probably be repaired. That’s part of the beauty of working in wax. Mention your concerns to your jeweler during your wax approval session just in case they haven’t noticed.

Comment to shoppers: When jewelers show you these wax models, be VERY careful with them. These things can be fragile as hell and they’re quite a bit of work to produce. Resist the urge to wear it around as a mockup to see how it looks on your finger.
