According to Verragio, if they do not set the stone, they will not warrant their setting. According to Whiteflash, if work is done by an outside vendor, the lifetime warranty will be voided.

Does this mean that I have to choose between if I want the warranty on either the setting or the diamond?

I’m going to get separate insurance, either added on to my home insurance or one recommended here. Since I’m getting separate insurance, should I be concerned with either the Verragio or WF warranty?

Thanks

Thanks. If it doesn''t really matter who sets the stone, would you rather have the authorized setting retailer set the stone for free or WF for $75?

are you buying the verragio setting through wf? and diamond through wf? if so, is WF going to send out the diamond to Verragio then back to them (free of charge), then to you? or will they just order the Verragio then set it there for the additional fee?

I was planning to buy the setting and stone from different vendors. I just sent an email to WF to see if they carry Verragio, but if not, I''ll be getting the setting from a different vendor.

I haven''t committed to a diamond yet, but WF does have a couple that I''m interested in.

Thanks

try to order it from the same vendors, as most vendors will be able to obtain the designer line if you are interested in their diamond, and it would save you a lot of shipping back and forth not to mention the postage fee and setting fee. Good Luck, I would try and stick to one vendor if you can
